They were very prompt, professional, efficient, and courteous. The person who was making the schedule was SO understanding and accommodating. She did everything she could to get us taken care of promptly! Nathan even apologized for something that he did not have any control over. They were installing a garbage disposal. Came in and went right to work...30 minutes later we had a working garbage disposal. Would very much recommend.
Unprofessional, dont send them to my house, they blame your for their problem, they lies, who paid a water heater for $3000.

Woke up to a flooded laundry room and hot water heater leaking water. DrainGo never fail! Marty and other young man came right on and got me back up and running. The two young men were polite and even carry out an additional req I had. I am always very pleased with their service and definitely recommend them!
