Drain Express came to my rescue on the spot when all systems got clogged up. This was on a Saturday morning with about one-hour notice!! I am still looking for the fairy with the magic wand that made this happen.

I had not needed to use Drain Express for 3 years. I was so thankful that they are still the great company that they were the last time I used them. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Drain Express was awesome. They diagnosed what was wrong, fixed and replaced toilet and facet. They didn't try to nickel and dime me. There were parts I needed that usually cost $20, which they supplied for free. Were on time and left no mess.

Drain Express installed a new hot water heater. They were professional, courteous, did great work and showed up less than 4 hours after we called. Impressive to say the least. The price they quoted us was the price we paid, so no hidden fees, add ons at the last minute or taking advantage of our urgent need. Highly recommend Drain Express.
