After two different plumbing companies were unsuccessful in clearing this blockage, and recommended breaking up our basement floor to correct the issue, Billy Patrick from Drain Domain came in and got the job done. He quickly identified the issue was a very large stubborn grease blockage that was a pre-existing issue from the previous owner. Drain domain is amazing with amazing service I had an emergency Friday around 6 my main drain pipe was plugged and when other companies did not want to help that night and only wanted to send someone the next day I got ahold of drain domain and he came right over and got everything fixed couldn’t ask for better
Late on a Saturday evening when every other business was closed or telling us they could come on Monday or Tuesday, Drain Domain came over right away and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. We had a punctured pipe leaking lots of water into our basement. He recognised this as an emergency and came as soon as he could, whereas other companies were telling us to just turn off the water to our house for days until they could fit us in. Will always be calling Drain Domain in the future! Thank you!
