Called about a septic issue, was told he would be out the next day. We followed up the next day and was told he’d be out the following morning. That never happened and we got ghosted without an explanation. You’re busy, I get it, but this is not good business practice and you wasted two days on a time sensitive issue. We had a great experience with a competitor.

My wife and I have multiple rental properties and have used multiple roto rooting companies. Drain Doctors of Fort Collins has gone beyond what I feel other companies would have done and saved us thousands of dollars by resolving problems that I am confident other companies would have pronounced impossible and therefore require digging up. Thank you Drain Doctors. I will only be using you guys whenever possible.

Ok so this place is the best..but ONLY because Josh came to my rescue. He did a phenomenal job and was so professional the whole time. I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. This is the place to call. Thank you Drain Doctors and most of all, thank you Josh.

Would give them 6 stars if possible. Called and told them our situation, they said they’d get back to me shortly, instead they showed up and got our very challenging situation fixed. This was at 4:45 pm and Christian was persistent and determined to get it done. Thank you! We are grateful!
