Drain Doctors was recently called to our home through a working relationship with another local business. The previous day we had been told by another business that we would need to excavate and have a cleanout installed to clear out blocked pipes. We wanted a second opinion. Drain doctors was able to clear the pipes with minimal effort and run a camera to show us that the work suggested was not necessary, locating two separate cleanouts. The team was also far more respectful of our home than the previous plumbing company.
Scheduled Josh fm Drain Doctors through Home Serve. He was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond in resolving the problem timely, and educated me further on plumbing issues, Home Serve and Drain Doctors' reliability. Very Pleased!
