I scheduled an appointment a week and a half in advance to correspond with when we would be at the house. They cancelled the appointment the day before via text leaving me without the use of our plumbing for the entire 4 day weekend. I called multiple times and neither Carrie nor Roger returned any of my calls.
I've worked and referred Roger to all my clients. He's never disappointed. Thank you for all you do for us.

Called on a Tuesday to have my septic pumped because we are selling our house. Was told someone would be out some time within the week. The following Monday when no one had showed up yet I called to check on things and was told "yeah we pumped two tanks on Friday" I told them mine was not one of them. He took my name and number and said he would call me back when he was done in the field.
