This is a very good company. They were great plumbers and did a great job at a decent rate. Very easy to communicate with and provided great advice. I hired them to work on our building and will use them in the future.
Flooded Basement: I had a large flooding problem in my basement and The Drain Doctor came out promptly and took care of the problem. They were reasonably priced for the work they did. The plumber was very professional and informative. I will definitely recommend The Drain Doctor to anyone in need of a plumber. Pleasant experience from start to finish.
I`ve called the main office 30 minutes ago and someone competent showed up with a bunch of tools, ready to get the job done. In other words, a professional showed up. I`ll recommend this company without hesitation.
AWESOME JOB! Thanks for the AWESOME work. The plumber came on time was very nice and completed his work in a timely manner. He even saved us some money by showing us something simple that we could do.( we are big do it ourselves people but didn`t want to mess with copper piping) He installed a delta rough in valve for our shower and even extended the shower head so that it would accommodate taller people when in the shower. Ive been in the remodeling industry my entire career and The Drain Doctor is absolutly th best plumbing company in central West Covina, CA. They are friendly, always on time and they truley do care about all of thier customers, and that what sets them apart and above other plumbing companies!
Wonderful experience with The Drain Doctor. They are professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. As a stay at home mom, I am always a little leary of service professionals trying to pull one over on me but I never felt that while working with these guys. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
These guys are excellent! They have shown up on time every time I have called. I even referred them to a neighbor who had a leak, and she called to thank me because they did a great job, and charged her a really good price. I won`t use another plumbing service.
The Drain Doctor fixed my leaking water heater under warranty and was fast and efficient. I also had several leaks on old faucets that they repaired the same day. I definitely will spread the word and use them for now on.
I called at 7 a.m. .They said someone would be there by 10. I told them what the problem was, and they suggested a way to try to fix the problem myself--to save money. I said I had tried that strategy already. First round of trucks were already out, but someone would be there by 10 a.m., they said, and theyd call when they were on their way.
