RecommendedDrain Doctor came out with their jets and snake the first time and solved my problem (my sewer line was 180 feet long). Then unfortunately there was another problem that serviced, they came out again and gave it a temporary fix (it needed a full repair) free of charge and scoped it out with their camera to explain to me what happened. Excellent service overall, great people and fair price.
He does road rage. He cut me off on the highway. Very rude driver. I would never hire him.
Had an issue yesterday on the Main drain. Another company RR said they could fix it but quoted us an outrageous amount. Someone mentioned Drain doctor to me so i called at 430pm. Before 6 someone was at my door and within the hour i could flush my toilets and run water again. And it was nowhere near the amount quoted by the other guys. Ty very much Drain Doctor. #Albert
They show up do the job keep you updated and no bs
We called at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. They said someone would call back shortly and, within 10 minutes, someone called and said they were on their way. Mike N. promptly showed up and was very friendly and professional. He assured me that he would fix the problem. I have a very old house with very old plumbing. This did not phase Mike.The fee was reasonable and I would definitely recommended this company to my friends and family.
