Here's my bad experience with the Drain Doctor of Niagara Falls located in Lockport. I was unable to back my vehicle with a 12 ft trailer into my driveway at approximately 8pm because Drain Doctor truck was illegally parked directly across my driveway. I thought if I asked the technician if he could move his truck for 2 min so I could get in my driveway, he would accommodate my request. Unfortunately, he refused until he finished his paperwork. Had the company come to our house for some issues with our toilet draining properly. Turns out we had a bunch of roots growing in our drains outside from the big sycamore trees and such. Mike and Jude did a great job. Super friendly, quick and informative. Price was reasonable for what we needed. Would recommend them!
They’re the best
I used the drain doctor for two plumbing issues. One was a clogged sewage pipe, and the other was broken waterline. These guys are amazingly honest and amazingly competitive and do fantastic work. They got it done quickly and efficiently as to not overcharge you for labor. I highly recommend you only use the doctor for any and all of your plumbing needs-Marcia Pfohl
