A professional LIAR and INCOMPETENT. New ownership ? This Drain Doctor has been coming here for years. The service guy that's been coming here for years who I believe is NOW new ownership... is a WISE GUY. Knows my property, told him the problem. He quoted me over the phone. Didn't arrive until 4 hours after he said and had multiple excuses as I called 3 times and asked when he was coming as we were waiting around for him and he knew this.
