Great communication, did exactly what they said there going to do. They replaced my sewer stack I’m happy with the work . Will definitely use them again.
Had a floor drain that was clogged in an older home. Made the mistake of trying to clear it on my own with a drain snake. Managed to waste a number of hours after getting the snake stuck and didnt get the drain cleared. Called Drain Detectives, they made short work of the problem and had the drain cleared in no time. Up front pricing, no up selling, just got the job done quickly.
I can't recommend Matt with Drain Detectives highly enough. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process. Faced with a second major sewer line repair, Matt stepped in quickly, corrected the poor workmanship of a previous plumber, and ensured everything was done properly. He rushed a large job without cutting corners, and now the line is in perfect working condition. Truly grateful for his professionalism and care.

Matt was communicative and detailed and fixed the belly in our sewer line in a timely manner as soon as he received permitting. Also – he was reasonably priced. If I ever had any issues again, I would definitely call drain detectives.
