Drain Detectives showed up fast, and I really appreciated how they took time to really understand the situation before they got to work. The service was prompt and they cleaned up before they left. I won't hesitate to call them back if needed!
We have a sewer smell coming from somewhere in our house, we think the laundry room. Admittedly a challenging problem. I'm frustrated because the person I spoke to on the phone must have known there was nothing they could do, but sent a plumber anyway. The plumber was nice, did his best but I essentially had the same conversation with him that I'd had on the phone, only it cost $75. Smell started up less than an hour later.
