Alex arrived at 9am to help us clear a severely clogged drain. He was very diligent and explained as he went along what he was seeing on his camera. After 3 hours of fighting the clog, we had to go to a jetting procedure. It still took 1 1/2 hrs to finally get the drains to clear. I was very impressed with Alex's professionalism, his dedication to getting the job done and his help in locating a second clean out that had been covered up with his camera locator.
