Andrew saved me when I was in a bind. My tenant’s toilet was clogged, and after trying to plunge it myself with no luck, I started calling plumbers for help. Andrew and Jesse came out and performed a free inspection of our sewer lateral lines for potential replacement. They were incredibly honest and ended up advising that our lines were "B+" and we didn't really need to replace them. That kind of honesty is surprisingly rare these days - my wife and I are grateful for their professionalism and integrity. We will rely on them in the future and I'd recommend them to anyone!
What could I say about Andrew and Drain Charmer? Two years ago I had my bathroom remodeled by someone who let’s just say was not so good. I started to notice moisture around my toilet and bathroom wall. I called Drain Charmer and Andrew come out diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options. He was able not only to replace the leaking shower valve but he did it with out creating secondary damage to my two year old tile job.

My old (2011) Water Heater started leaking at a considerable fast rate. Luckily, I called The Drain Charmer Plumbers who responded immediately and gave me urgent advice about handling the leak problem.
