Stated the would be here between 2 and 5pm. No call, no show. Store closes at 5so I couldn’t even call for an update.
We have given Drain busters thousands of dollars of business each year across our commercial buildings over the past 5 years since owning the property. If it wasn't for the owner Troy being such a nice and fantastic owner, we would not be trying to give Troy more business. Unfortunately, for whatever reason unbeknownst to me (AL) I can't even get Troy to give us a phone call so that he can meet our new property manager Kathy. Not only are his communication and professionalism great, but we also appreciated the communication from the company.
