Condescending and not helpful whatsoever. If you're looking to hire multiple plumbers and not have anything fixed this is the company to call. If you need actual work done call literally anyone else.
DRAIN BRAIN CHARGES AFTER HOURS FEES WITHOUT WARNING
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Called with an emergency drain backup flooding the basement. Dispatcher was very pleasant. The plumber on call did not call and so I called the dispatcher back 40 minutes later. The plumber finally called. He sounded drunk and said it was too cold to go out. So much for 24/7 emergency service.
Drain brain is very reliable, kind and professional. They fixed the issue right away and they are very fair. I would definitely recommend them!
Dylan from Donahue-Halverson recommended Drain Brain to me. On Saturday, July 5th, I called at 12PM. By 2PM, Tom, from Drain Brain fixed the problem. They quoted me $550 plus tax before they came and that was how much I paid. It was a clog between my house and the street that took a snake of about 60 feet. They were excellent.
