Dylan from Donahue-Halverson recommended Drain Brain to me. On Saturday, July 5th, I called at 12PM. By 2PM, Tom, from Drain Brain fixed the problem. They quoted me $550 plus tax before they came and that was how much I paid. It was a clog between my house and the street that took a snake of about 60 feet. They were excellent. The tale of two plumbers and services. The contrast between Auchinachie plumbing and Drain Brain, Ithaca. Both plumbers were on time. Both were courteous and respectful to myself and my home. Here lies the difference. The plumber from Auchinachie identified the issue, which was in the line connecting my Home to the sewer. The conversation led to the park which my home is in should be responsible for this issue.
