The tale of two plumbers and services. The contrast between Auchinachie plumbing and Drain Brain, Ithaca. Both plumbers were on time. Both were courteous and respectful to myself and my home. Here lies the difference. The plumber from Auchinachie identified the issue, which was in the line connecting my Home to the sewer. Very professional service.
Their weekend phone dispatcher wasn't a great experience but the person that called back to talk through the issue, and the tech that showed up to clear our drain were both great. Also compared to what others locally charge 395 + tax seems reasonable for a weekend visit.
Great people to work with! Courteous and professional. We rely on the Drain Brain for Septic pumping and Drain issues.They’re the best!
