I was called, as told, before they arrived on time. Matt came out and serviced my clogged tub. He was super professional and kind. He wore booties in the house, and even wiped down the sludge that came up and splattered while unclogging the drain. Seriously great experience with him and this company! A lot of people leave a mess after finishing the project assigned, and he went above and beyond.
My husband and I hired Drain Away Rooter to scope a drain in our basement. We were recommended their services. We had a technician show up - he tells us there is no pipe attached to the drain - and that we needed to hire a separate plumbing company to solve our issue. That service call cost us $200. So we called another plumbing company and they quickly let us know that the problem was misdiagnosed.
