Trieu helped repair a leaked bathroom sink at my house and did a great job. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and clearly knows his trade well. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and finished the replacement faster than I expected. The work was clean and solid, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to what I was expecting. Can't say enough good things about the service that Trieu provided us with today. He expertly repaired/replaced our faucet parts and solved the long-standing issue we had with a drip. We especially appreciated the fact that Trieu was willing to answer questions, to help educate us about the situation. In spite of the challenges and the job taking longer than originally anticipated, he was always pleasant and polite. And his fee was very reasonable. What more could we ask for?
If other plumbers cannot fix it, Trieu CAN! I have had this kitchen drain clog issue for 5 days, consulted ~10 plumbers majority told me they cannot do it, and a few gave me >$1500 estimate. My kitchen is on second floor and the drain cleanout is located in the basement. Snake did not work at all because it was all grease clogging.
