This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The receptionist is very rude and they wouldnt give us an option of a less inexpensive treatment. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. I was way overcharged and got a second opinion. I saved over $1,000 by going to a different dentist.
Dr. Drahota is a highly competent dentist, however his office staff was remiss in their duties -- they are lazy and indolent. They were responsible for sending documents and x-rays to my dental insurance company and they failed to do so. This resulted in my having to pay $400 for work done which insurance would have paid. Then, I was charged for a visit to Drahota's hygienist for teeth cleaning, a procedure that was never done. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
