I've had 2 separate interactions with Dr. Macelaru. First time for myself. I was referred to him by another surgeon who was leaving the company for continued care. He showed no knowledge of previous surgeons notes. Previous surgeon noted more imaging needed. More issues may be present. He spent a total of no more then 10 minutes in the room.
