I’ve been going to Carl since he opened in the tiny shop on Union. Got my 1st tatt a month after he opened in 1990. I have 12 now and Carl has done all my work. We’ve already talked about a big back piece he’s also going to be doing for me soon. As far as I go, Carl and Dragon’s Lair are the absolute BEST!!!!
