If I could give zero stars I would! The customer service and “greeting” of this place is beyond horrible! I’ve never had such a rude and unprofessional person to interact with at a business than the guy at this place! My best friend and I came into this place to get an ear piercing (after I had called to make sure they were available and didn’t need appointments). Just wanted to say I highly recommend Going to the Dragon’s den if you are looking to get your nose pierced. I have no doubt the tattoos are just as amazing but I have not had this experience. However Kim who pierced my nose was very friendly and very informative and I felt hardly any pain as this is my second piercing. The first time I went and got a piercing done from someone else who did a good job just wasn’t quite as informative but still did an amazing job and was very kind. Got my very first tattoo here this evening. Yuri was my artist. Great, clean work. He made me feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommend! Also got my daughter's ears pierced here as well. Again, clean work!
Kim was stupendously awesome!! Helped me with my balls for CBR's.
