Sit down restaurant / sports bar: To be fair I was here during the SD Comic Con so it wasn't exactly a normal crowd, but my we had a pretty nice few rounds and a good time. We got the vegi tempura and hot wings, and they both had great flavor. I just have no idea what this restaurant would be like on a normal day.
I like that this place is never super packed so I can enjoy a decently priced beer before a Padres game (it's right across the street from Petco Park). Their sushi is pretty good, and they have at least one beer for everyone. They may not have a huge selection, but they have at least one IPA, one pale ale, lager, etc. The last time I went in, the service took forever (even just to order beer), but I'd still generally rather come here then say Tilted Kilt on game days because it is much less crowded. Love the name as well.
