I am not a fan of bad-mouthing any company, especially a small business. However I have had an awful experience dealing with The Dragonfly Tearoom and it makes me extremely sad seeing all of the positive experiences that others have had. We had scheduled a bridal shower there pre-Covid. Their service at that time was excellent. The shower was scheduled for March 19th - when shut downs hit.
