They have truly gone above and beyond as providers for our kiddos. The Emerald Program has been an absolute lifesaver for our family, and honestly, the entire practice has been. Extremely knowledgeable and so patient. They truly take the time to sit with you and answer every question. I cannot say enough positive things about this pediatric office. From Laura at the front desk to all of the medical assistants, and especially Julie and Alicia, every interaction has been personable, kind, and reassuring. Although we have not yet had an appointment with the new pediatrician, she already seems incredibly sweet and welcoming. What sets this practice apart is how they listen. The doctors and nurses are great. My 2 year old wasn’t a fan of going to the dr when we switched to dragon fly the nurses and doctors made her comfortable and not scared. They do thorough checks and make sure they have answered all the questions you ask. I love this place. Easy to get an appointment on same day.
I will give two stars for the fact that I absolutely loved the several years I took my daughter. However, with our son it was a completely different story. They have a vaccination policy (totally understandable, to each their own) we requested to delay his vaccinations and julie explained how long we can delay. We left that appointment and began discussing at home. We go back for 1 month check up, and this time we had Alicia, she went over their vaccine policy (again, completely understandable).
