I had my first consultation, it was super informative, helpful, and promising.
It’s wonderful to see a physician that has appointments that are long enough to be able to listen to you and then have the time to make a care plan with your best interest in mind. Dr Waymire is excellent at making you feel seen and heard.
I chose Dr. Waymire because she markets her practice around her Menopause Society certification and training under Dr. Rachel Rubin. However, her actual clinical approach completely contradicts the safety guidelines of that very organization and Dr. Rubin. Rather than addressing my specific health concerns, she aggressively pushed non-FDA-approved, custom-compounded "Biest" cream and expensive, non-standard salivary hormone testing. Dr. Waymire is fantastic! I finally feel truly seen and heard. Having a physician who has the time to listen to my symptoms, the expertise to know what labs to order, and the insight into treatment that will help me feel my best is priceless. I wish all women had access to this level of care.
I had a great appointment with Dr. Manders! She was easy to talk to and really took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a plan to help with my symptoms. Just be aware that the office does not take insurance so it is expensive for the new patient exam and any labs that are ordered.
