Something you didn’t know you needed. Consider it a personal gift to yourself. Ann Marie and her guided meditation sessions have brought me so much peace and I’m beyond thankful.
I really love going to this studio. I signed up for the continuous six-month membership for guided meditation groups. Am so happy I did. I have taken two types of groups so far and am looking forward to trying others. The studio is so beautiful and soothing. When I leave a group, I feel relaxed and energized and so much better than before I got there.
There is something very magical about Dragonfly Studio. Coming here gives me the tools and energy I need to live this life with compassion for myself and others. While other practices have been helpful, Dragonfly has breathed a whole new life into my practice.
I have been attending Dragonfly meditation for the past year and a half and have nothing but positive things to say about the instructors and the programs provided. Not only is this an inviting place, but it helps guide you with tools to assist with home based practice and overall practicality in the outside environment. For anyone who deals with anxiety and wants to find outputs to assist with relaxation I highly suggest attending this program.
I had the individual guided meditation session. It was amazing! My instructor broke everything down for me (a complete newbie). I'm so glad we have a place like this in Mequon!
