I ordered food for delivery and it was the worst experience I have ever had with any delivery from a restaurant in the entire Chicagoland area. The food was ice cold and mushy and it looked like someone shook the boxes repeatedly. Even more frustrating than to not be able to eat your food, but when I tried to get my refund, the OWNER, Sarah, offered me 10% refund. Excuse me?
