YES I MIGHT BE SORE AFTER CLASS BUT IT IS BECAUSE I AM OUT OF SHAPE AND IT IS A GOOD HURT. WHO EVER WROTE BEWARE OF KATIE YOUNG IS THE ONE WHO NEEDS THERAPY! I CHALLENGE THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS TO COME FORWARD AND CONFRONT DRAGONFLY! YOU WON'T BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU ARE WRONG!!!!!!
