Don’t go there! Everything seems fine as long they are making money off of you. BUT if after a visit you have a problem or are in pain and call them they will “blow-you-off,” because there is no money to be made from advise. And if your so disabled you need a service dog they will not allow it no matter what the ADA says. When I’m spending tens of thousands of dollars for a service I want professionalism, not ego.
