I didn't even bother to go there, I called these people for information, but they're so rough, I had to hang up and I didn't go. I hope you change that, and I hope the service is better than on the phone.
First I want to say that Vivian does a fantastic job always! I am glad she is my nail technician. However, I do have to say sadly that I was a bit upset today! Waiting forty minutes and having to have people who want their brows waxed and having my technician being the only one that does them made my wait for a scheduled 10:00 appointment stressful! It does seem to happen everytime I go with an appointment that I am waiting ! I live coming here and love my nails! I just don’t want to always be the one waiting!
I had a good experience with the pedicure (it was well done and relaxing). However, I was very disappointed with the dip manicure. My nails were uneven, bumpy, and lacked a clean, polished finish. Unfortunately, they looked quite messy and unprofessional. I expected a higher standard of quality and attention to detail. I will not book another appointment here.
