My ac started blowing warmer air and the temp in my house kept going up and up. I called— after hours— and within an hour Alex showed up. He got the system working within an hour. He noticed another problem while fixing my ac. We scheduled a time for today and showed up at the exact time. Turns out when my 3 year old units were installed and they were never wired stage 2. He fixed the problem within an hour. I will be going to them for any heating/ac issues going forward.

I highly recommend Dragon Air Services! They are incredibly responsive to both text and phone calls, and they make the entire process so easy. They get you scheduled and serviced within a very reasonable timeframe, their prices are fair, and their customer service is outstanding. Braden is the absolute BEST! I wanted to thank Corbin and Dragon Air for coming out and addressing an issue with my AC. I had another company come and tell me I needed to replace my damper motors for my zones. I decided to get a second opinion, and Corbin quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a much lower cost. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other issues.

Shout out to this team. I've used Dragon at least 4 times in recent years and each time the technician has provided 5 Star service. I've used many AC companies and sure, they can send a good technician every once in a while, but 4 in a row? Never. Dragon Air is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, polite, quick, and most importantly, never tried to upsell in anything.
