Dragan and Aleks helped me immediately to get our A/C working again; Aleks was a fantastic technician that gave a thorough diagnosis and walked me through the age of the system, the condition of the vents, and root cause of the issue (Blown Fuse).

After a lot of quotes and research I landed on Dragon Air. The prices are fair, the team is efficient, friendly, and clean. I really couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience, which is rare nowadays. It’s the first time in many years I felt like I wasn’t being upsold or being taken advantage of as a woman needing help with something I know nothing about. I’ve recommended them to my friends, neighborhood facebook group, and really anyone who will listen.

Called Dragon for second opinion. Company that installed HVAC system 4-5 years ago did spring tuneup and recommended sensitization and UV lights which are reasonable suggestions however they did not try to determine problem that was causing mold, spores etc. Dargon provided solution and adjusted switches and static pressure. Something original company should have done at install.
