Want to share the great service received from Dragon Air Services today. I was referred by another service provider. Firstly, when I called, it was answered quickly by the owner, Dragan, and he was able to set up an appointment for me the very next day. Not a voice mail waiting to be called back and not sometime next week. Secondly, Ryan the specialist, kept me posted earlier with timing of his arrival so I could plan my day accordingly. I am a relatively recent convert to Dragon Air as my go to HVAC shop and I couldn't be happier. They came highly recommended by a friend I trust and now I see why. In addition to doing a fine job for a fair price on routine maintenance, I've now used them for two situations where we suffered a breakdown. On the first occasion, the furnace stopped supplying heat.
