I called Dragon Air Services to come out and give me a quote for a new system when my old one failed. Dragan (the owner) and Amir came out and did a thorough examination of my existing installation, traced out all the ductwork and also asked about any heating/cooling issues we had been experiencing in order to determine how they could best meet our needs with a new system. I'm a new customer and called Dragon Air for general HVAC maintenance and concerns with our Master room not cooling down for the past couple of days. They were very quick and set an appointment for me within 2 days. Corbin was awesome and very clearly knowledgeable. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything he was doing, while answering all of my questions (there were many). Amazing customer service! They explained how to reset both our AC units after a power spike… at 8pm on a Friday in the middle of a Texas summer. They are clearly knowledgeable about the HVAC systems and were courteous in walking us through the steps. We will be adding them to our speed dial for AC going forward.
