Really disappointed as I was happy to find this company and had planned to order more items. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Le bracelet ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos. Il paraît très fake et manque de délicatesse. Il ne vaut clairement pas son prix (selon moi). De plus, ils ne proposent pas de véritable remboursement, mais, uniquement un échange ou un remboursement sous forme de carte cadeau pour leur magasin (que je n’aurai probablement pas l’occasion d’utiliser). I am very happy with the excellent customer service from Drae Collection. I was very impressed with the amazing customer service from Mahalia and Maude, they both went above and beyond with my orders. They are both very nice, knowledgeable and professional! The jewellery is top quality and very fashionable! I highly recommend!
