EDIT : La propriétaire de l’entreprise m’a contacté personnellement suite à cet avis et m’a gentiment offert de remplacer mes boucles d’oreilles brisées, malgré la garantie passée depuis quelques mois. On voit que l’entreprise accorde une importance au service client. Je reste un peu perplexe du bri, mais j’apprécie grandement leur initiative. Vraiment déçue de cette entreprise, malheureusement!
