My family and I have been going to Dr. Sanchez office for many years now. I always appreciate the friendly and communicative staff at the front desk during each visit. I also enjoyed every dental hygienist and doctor I’ve had if it wasn’t Dr. Sanchez himself. I appreciate how they always make conversation and check in on their patients, not all places do that as I experienced with my orthodontist office. Thank you and keep up the great work :)
Unfortunately Dr. Sanchez sold the practice earlier this year of 2025 and since then things have become all about $$$. They now insist on payment up front based on what they estimate- not on the Explanation of benefit from the insurance company. They also want to charge for cleaning, which is not correct at least with my insurance. Here’s the new release. He started a crown when they put on the temporary crown it fell out went back he put on another temporary it fell out again they charged me 600$ a piece for each temporary crown which got into my crown money I had to cover my crown got a bill for 1200$ I thought you shouldn't have to pay for temporary crowns that fall out that's usually covered with the amount they charge you for a crown very disappointed
