Adrian charges fees if you're sick and can't come. He will try to make your appointment knowing you're ill, without regard for the hygienists. Adrian's only concern seems to be squeezing a penny at the expense of his patients and employees. Also, Adrian's quite smarmy...and that's the tooth.
During my last appointment I had to wait over an hour to be seen. They took me back and I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes before being seen. I am currently at my appointment and have already been waiting for half an hour. This is the last appointment I will have with this office. Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful dentist but I will not continue to wait such extended periods of time to be seen.
