I’ve been a patient of Dr. So for about 10 years, and his expertise truly stands out among other doctors. His knowledge is exceptional, and he diversifies his approach by educating patients on both traditional and alternative remedies. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly.
Been a patient for 14 years and past 2 years have been absolutely horrible. Dr.s are great. Overall management is so terrible. My PCP left the practice and I wasn't alerted. RXs routinely sent to wrong pharmacy. Called 7 times since January about incorrect coding of exam that should be $0 copay and never heard back. Today I got an alert asking if I've arrived for my appointment but I had a yearly exam 4 months ago. The first time they've ever called me was to tell me today is considered a no show. Dr. So is amazing! He truly listens when I have a concern and is very through. I am beyond happy that I found him!!!
Doctor chong is my pcp. Only met wirh him once. So far so good. Definitely very thorou when it comes to bloodwork,Ultrasounds, MRIs. Will update if anything changes.
