New Owner, great attitude and respects his customers. The knowledge of water purification, design, engineering loops, and resolving application challenges was fantastic. Highly recommended reaching out to this company for help with any water purification need for commercial applications. They now have biological freezers and refrigerators.
I don't know if Richard Hall is actually the owner of this two-bit company or not, but he is a world class a-hole! Something flew off of the back of one of his trucks and hit my widnshield...called to ask him to take care of it, and not on...ly did he try to blame it on "road hazards" but then he hung up on me! And when I called back to get his name, he didn't want to give it to me, so he's a coward to boot!
