We had a wonderful experience at Dracakis, thanks to Stuti, who helped my mum design a stunning diamond ring. Mum was quite unsure at first; we went back and forth between a radiant cut and an emerald cut. Stuti was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the whole process. She never rushed us and always gave honest advice, helping us understand the beauty and uniqueness of each option.
