Zero rating. Poor communication. As a patient, I was not treated well. This doctor cancelled a cancer biopsy the day of the appointment. I was notified at the window after driving 50 miles to the clinic. A doctor is only as good as their supporting staff. I was rescheduled multiple times because his staff dropped the ball.
Dr. Drabik takes time to explain your condition and options. Sometimes he comes across as abrupt but I think that is just his personality. His receptionist is the rudest, most unfriendly person I have ever met. She doesn't greet you when you go up to her window. She slides her glass window open, throws you a mask, without saying anything and shuts the window back up.
