We have done business with Drabek for over 20 years. JR is one of the best salesmen we have had the opportunity to serve us. He is knowledgeable and is excellent with respect to customer questions. Definitely 5 Stars.
Today was my first time using Drabek & Hill plumbing. My initial service call didn’t correct the issue, however, after speaking with their customer service rep they immediately sent out Mr. Rodriquez who quickly assessed the issue and fixed our leaking garbage disposal. Mr. Rodriguez ensured we were happy with his work and thanked us our business.
