False advertising and no customer service. Ordered parts that were "genuine Porsche" got aftermarket brand. Does not answer emails or return calls. Parts also arrived poorly packaged, tape all over paper without protective packaging. Will never order from again.

Stay away from this seller! He promotes heavily on EBay, then, in my case, canceled the sale, directing me to his web site. I then purchased a $400 part, which never shipped. I asked for a refund and he issued a fake refund, which was never credited to my account. When I tried to reorder the part, he claimed he was never paid, even though I sent him a credit card statement showing that he had my money. The worst experience I've ever had with an on-line merchant!
