Thought of you today. It has been 15 years since we found you and you performed to great surgeries for our Son. He had a sinus tract infection that created a noose growing around his spine effecting his mobility. You knew immediately what to do, saw us right away and were easy to contact and communicate with. It was the hardest situation we have ever been through. Since the surgeries our Son has been 100%. We are forever grateful.
Dr, Burke was the answer to our prayers. Our son has had two shunts installed by another Dr, , and Dr Burke performed a procedure to remove his last shunt and make him shunt free, something he hasn't been since he was 3months old . His professionalism and bedside manner were top notch.
I went to visit him because it was recommended by a friend, she did warn me about his attitude but the main reason I would not come back is because he made me feel like I was wasting his time because according to him my illness or symptoms were not related to my illness(I have been told otherwise) and were somewhat made up by me. I left feeling like my health issue was nothing and not important to him. Dr. Twahirwa may be very knowledgeable but his attitude and manners are bad!
I would've given 5 stars but Dr. Burke dealt with my family and not me, directly, but the overall experience, attention and care, before, during, and after that he showed all of us throughout my young nephew's extremely delicate surgery, was excellent!! During an emotional time like this, a family needs a compassionate surgeon with a great bedside manner; we found that in Dr. Burke! May all children be as blessed to have a doctor who cares! Thank you, Dr. Burke!
I first met this wonderful Dr. back about 8.5 yrs ago, while we were dealing with a cyst in my grandson's brain. He was the most compassionate and caring Dr. I cannot comment enough in the goodness that filled the air, just with his presence, and his bedside manner. I think she is a very nice smart, Doctor I went for a second opinion and change my life, I have been seizure free for over 6 months, I went for so many pills and medications to 1, I believe I be seizure free in less than 1 year, very very happy I found her, I'm a very lucky person. Jenny Townson
I highly recommend Dr. Zuka Khabbazeh. As a new patient to her practice, she spent adequate time considering treatment options for my Myasthenia Gravis based on progression of my condition, overall health and age. I am very pleased with her knowledge of MG and overall treatment.
I was so excited about going to this doctor for a second opinion. Needless to say she is horrible doesn't give you the time of day. As a new patient I expected a little more from her, she is not compassionate at all. She makes you feel like an idiot. I would not ever recommend her to anyone.
Highly recommend Dr. Burke for adult hydrocephalus surgery. He is a miracle doctor
