Dr Ruple was extremely inconsiderate and did not listen to any of my concerns regarding my health issues, and over multiple years of care my problems have only gotten worse to the point I need surgery. This 'Doctor' first saw me for a TBI that I received as an older teen. At the first appointment the Dr. wouldn't talk to me as I am a woman and would only speak with my dad. He actually asked my dad to silence me in my own appointment. After several years of pretty much only seeing the PA and rude staff, long wait times, no aftercare from injury, basically no testing, and lack of care, I had to go elsewhere. Of the four neurologists I've had to see in the past ten years he was absolutely the worst. I missed an appointment because of a death in my family and they REFUSED to let me make another appointment. The amount of stress I was under during that time was indescribable and my seizures GOT WORSE. For everyone reading this.. GO TO MIDLAND!
Had many, been my primary for years. She’s taken better care of me that any other dr I’ve been too.
I love Dr. Ruple! She is very empathetic and listens to my concerns. She is very intuitive as a dr. Would recommend her to anyone!
In the three weeks I had established care I am not convinced Dr. Ruple exists. The prescription I needed for miscarriage never got sent to the pharmacy after multiple calls to the office, I was told the Dr. did not send it. I did not get to speak with her once despite multiple calls to the office for help.
Dr. Ruple is the most uncompassionate careless physician I have ever seen. She will blow off your complaints, do what she feels is in the best interest despite medical evidence otherwise or your feelings/opinions. I nearly died in her care along with my newborn.
I am in my 60's. Dr. Ruple is very kind and thorough. On my first visit as a new patient, Dr. Ruple listened to my account of my medical history and immediately said, "you need a urologist." I told her I had not been able to get into one in Midland. Dr. Ruple said, "I will get you in." And she did. Thank you Dr. Ruple.
Had a follow up appointment after MRI. Staff didn't know anything about it. I had an appointment card. I waited over an hour for the dr to see me. (I don't think he was in the building). Never again
