I’ve been having an issue with my eyelid for almost a year. Got an eye exam in August and they told me to do a bunch of things. Did them for 4 months with zero results. Went in for a follow up because she said to come back in if you couldn’t get rid of it. Fine. The appointment was approximately 5 minutes max! Charged me $55 … completely unacceptable. Horrible customer service. If you tell someone to come back in then it should be free. I will never go here again.

Very professional! My whole family has been going here for many years. Great service I really like Dr Cote she is thorough and staff are friendly and helpful billing insurance. I would highly recommend.
