If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Giving one star is already generous. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM and ended up waiting over two hours. After all that time, we were told the doctor had left because he was “feeling sick.” So essentially, my entire evening was wasted. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait at least an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect it? They clearly care about their own time, but they have no problem wasting other people’s time. Very unprofessional.
