The staff at Shiloh Health are unprofessional. They were misleading / deceptive regarding if my medication was approved by my health insurance. They were the direct cause of my delay in receiving medication because they did not want/ or try to submit the needed documentation that my health insurance requested from them. The staff did not give off a Holy Spirit led vibe and Shiloh Health is supposed to be christian based. Honestly, I've never had a healthcare provider who actually listens like Dr. Omene does. She's patient, takes her time with you, and makes sure you understand everything.
Dr. Zian has completely changed my life! I wasted 14 years with another doctor before my cousin recommended Dr. Zian. Overwhelmed with depression, and anxiety, and heavily medicated, I was a mess. My first session with her left me in tears but also transformed. She listened intently and developed a tailored plan for us. Just four weeks in, I'm significantly better. Can’t wait for my next appointment—thank you, Dr. Zian!
