We first had another plumbing company through our home warranty, but they didn't figure out the real issue and said they'd need to open up our ceiling to find a supposed hidden leak. the handle broke on our only bathtub and it's the only bathroom on the main floor. i called and got a plumber out the same day. the whole handle had to be switched out for something way better, and francis was very responsive whenever i had questions. love our new faucet and how fast they got it done. they even tried to fix the old one with extra parts, but it just wasn't any good. they put in the new fixture really quickly and didn't charge me extra for the time spent trying to fix the old one. i'm really happy with the wor... read more
