Absolutely the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met (maybe 2nd place, first place goes to Hotel Harder Minerva in Interlaken, Switzerland). Receptionist is a liar, poor communicator, and doesn’t seem like she wants to do her job. Not sure if they’ve fired this receptionist by now, but either way I won’t be returning. It’s a shame I had to write this review, because the dentist here was quite nice.
The receptionists, dentist, and everyone is so nice! Positive energy! Wisdom teeth removal was amazing (no pain after two days). Love this place!
Beware of this office if you value ethics and honesty. I had a business transaction with this dental practice involving a piece of medical equipment. The item was delivered, signed for, and confirmed to be received in good condition. The agreement clearly stated it was untested and did not include software. Despite this, the office made false claims about the item and leveraged ebays customer first policies to scam me as the seller of this dental scanner, keeping both the product and a full refund — essentially obtaining tho... read more
