I have been a patient of Dr. Zheng and his team for over 30 years, and I can honestly say they have always treated me like family. Dr. Zheng is incredibly professional, caring, and welcoming. He always greets his patients with a smile, remembers our names, and takes the time to make sure we are comfortable. Absolutely the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met. Receptionist is a poor communicator, and doesn’t seem like she wants to do her job. Not sure if they’ve fired this receptionist by now, but either way I won’t be returning. It’s a shame I had to write this review, because the dentist here was quite nice. Edit: Looks like the front desk person hasn't been fired yet... I completely trust the 1-star reviews, they all somewhat match my experience.
Dr. Zheng is good but front desk and manger very bad to patients. The owner doesn’t have balls to get rid of the front desk that is destroying his office. Be a man
Camilea is a very bad receptionist and office manager, she is rude, disrespectful and loud and doesn’t even know anything about dental at all she needs to be fired asap.
