Ms. Rocio is excellent dental HYGIENE and always works very best as per my last several years visit.
Dr Zheng is a highly professional dentist. I very much recommend him for any dental services in the Ottawa area. All staff under Dr. Zheng supervision are polite and courteous. All negative reviews are made from fake accounts and are under investigation by Google. Someone is trying to sabotage his reputation with theses slanderous reviews and will be addressed shortly by authorities.
Although I heartily suggest Dr. Zheng, the manager Camelia and the receptionist are really impolite and don't want to assist you with any questions. I'm not sure why they work as a receptionist because they dislike interacting with patients. Camilla is a rude, incompetent person. She treats her patients very badly. He has no qualifications.
They are disrespectful when they do return calls and never answer the phone. The receptionist appears unmotivated to perform her duties. I am not 28 years old, but I have been seeing this dentist since I was 6. I made the decision to change dentists today simply because I don't want to interact with the receptionist any more. I am very upset with Camilla's behavior. If she is fired from here, I can come back. I want him fired from here very quickly...
The two women and the front desk should be fired. They don’t belong in that office. They are both disrespectful and two faced and talk behind the doctors back. Do not go to this dental office until the front desk is fired
