Dr IS AWESOME!!! I totally recommend ! However, staff wasn’t on top of things as I’d assume they would be. I went to see her after having back surgery. I had left foot neuropathy. She conducted the nerve test. In a PRO manner and I even recall her being so caring! I’m sending a friend there in hopes her insurance will match up! It’s not that easy to get a live body on the phone, my only negative… front office woes… this was however 3-4 years ago.
This is by far the worst neurologist office I’ve ever dealt with. I called this office nonstop for four days, at different times of the day just to make an appointment and not a single call was answered. No voicemail, no callback,nothing. After getting no response, I went to the office in person to schedule an appointment.The place was completely empty, yet the staff still refused to help me or offer any real guidance. This is the worst neurologist office I’ve ever dealt with. I called for FOUR days straight and no one answered a single call. I finally went in person and the office was totally empty, yet they still refused to help. When I explained that my boyfriend had head trauma from an accident, they literally said, “We don’t do head trauma.” You’re a neurologist/neurosurgeon office how does that even make sense? Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and honestly unsafe. Avoid this place at all costs.

The doctor is great but I don’t know how she’s still practicing, her staff does not answer calls, respond to messages and emails. Impossible to make a follow up. I tried for a few months but ended up having to get another referral. So much frustration and waste of time. Her office staff need to be fired!! I hope Dr Zhanna Rappaport can read this and realize that she’s non contactable due to her poor staff, I don’t Know how she is still in business!!
