Incredible Doctor ! So grateful I was referred to her
The doctor is great but I don’t know how she’s still practicing, her staff does not answer calls, respond to messages and emails. Impossible to make a follow up. I tried for a few months but ended up having to get another referral. So much frustration and waste of time. Her office staff need to be fired!! I hope Dr Zhanna Rappaport can read this and realize that she’s non contactable due to her poor staff, I don’t Know how she is still in business!! You will only hear a message that will instruct you on how to text them.. A text to which they will never answer!.. I literally called 5 times and texted 3 ZERO RESPONSE... The doctor may be a good doctor but you will never see her because whoever is setting the appointments?.. Well... I can't really say anything about them because they have never answered or called me back:-(
Dr Zannaport is very efficient,knowledgeable and is a sheer joy to the medical profession .
Dr. Rapaport is good listening explained my diagnosis exactly the way I feel. Help a lot.
