She’s wonderful! She’s very thorough and explains everything in detail, making sure you leave the office with every question that you have answered. Dr. Levashkevich is kind and gentle and listens to your concerns with wonderful follow-up care.
Horrible experience a few days ago. I get to the clinic 20 minutes early. Got into waiting room 10 minutes before appointment. Was told it's going to be about a 10 minutes wait. Ok no problem. 45 minutes comes and my one year old is screaming and crying because he's been waiting with me for 45 minutes. I asked nurse what was the hold up and was told doctor has more patients in front of you. DR LEVASHKEVICH IS AMAZING! Been with her for over a decade with both of my children. BUT the front desk and getting a phone answered is sometimes a process (10-20 min holds). If my child is sick I would never get through to make an appointment. So I go to Dr Mawri for urgent matters. I really wish Dr Zhanna Levashkevich had a private practice, but she's an amazing mother and wife to a local OBGYN. We are new to Michigan and this Doctor was great! She takes time with you, listens and you can tell she truly cares! We liked her. Staff seems very helpful and nice! The lady that is at the front who checks you in/makes appointments is awful!! Absolutely a miserable know it all attitude.
The first time I felt a pediatrician really listened to me with my concerns. Very thorough, took her time and explained to me all the possibilities of what could be going on with my son. Very relieved that my children have a good pediatrician now! Edit* We really like the doctor, but can never get ahold of anyone on the phone and doctor is often out.
