She speaks to parents condescendingly, and she does not respect parents’ wishes to NOT give children candy. She was great until she started speaking to me in a condescending manner as I was trying to soothe my crying child during the exam. She also asked my other child if they wanted candy instead of asking me, the adult. I said no, but she then took my child out of the room unauthorized* to get multiple pieces of candy anyway. My son was seen by Dr. Gorham at Douglas WellStar today and she was very rude and condescending. She had no bed side manners at all especially for a pediatric doctor and she seemed annoyed that I bought my son in for frequent headaches. She made a lot of slick remarks telling my son he’s going home today. When I asked the nurse a question she called the doctor to answer my question and they were both laughing. Dr. Zerah Gorham is very unprofessional, and my advice would be to avoid her at all cost.
