The front desk and the supporting lady who is in the back of the office are the most unhelpful doctors office staff I have ever come across. It is unfortunate that Dr Majuck has this kind of staff even though he seems like a very nice guy!

Such a sweet doctor. Unfortunately, his office staff is completely inept. The kind doctor told me that I would be receiving materials to take the breath test for SIBO. I’ve waited a month and not received anything. I’ve contacted the office several times, and nobody is getting back to me. I’m ready to get a lawyer involved because their office is so unprofessional and lacks any concern for patient care. Dr. Majuk is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and amazing at what he does. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which makes you feel confident and informed about your care. Unfortunately, the front desk staff can be extremely rude. I stopped by to pick up some papers 20 minutes before closing, and the lady at the front desk saw me outside trying to open the door but completely ignored me, instead she kept an eye on me through the blinds until I left.
Front desk staff so rude, so hostile for no reason. The Dr they work for is so kind I don't understand why they are so mean. My insurance company knows of the rude staff and the hospitals knows of the mean people there. Everyone knows!
